About Will Holmes.

I am a full-time consultant plastic surgeon working in the NHS with a wealth of experience in complex breast reconstruction. My practise attracts patients from all over Yorkshire and beyond due to the use of enhanced recovery, innovative techniques and a continually improving service based on patient feedback. I also run a busy private practise offering all aspects of cosmetic surgery. My guiding principles are: “quality, safety and honesty”.

Quality is about getting the right result with the right operation. My training in the UK covered the full spectrum of plastic surgery and my fellowships focused on innovative surgical techniques, both of which have given me the expertise to provide you choice based on what it is you want to achieve.

Safety is about performing all my operations in a nationally recognised hospital with safety features necessary to ensure a quick and comfortable recovery. I only work with a small team, including my NHS anaesthetist, who all buy into the ethos of enhanced recovery and innovations that promote a safe and quick recovery. I am a member of multiple national associations that all promote safe cosmetic surgery and ensure my service maintains an exceptionally high standard. I am GMC registered and have my fee schedule registered by PHIN.

Honesty is about getting expert advice from a fully trained consultant working in the NHS with a wealth of experience in complex reconstruction. I advocate face-to-face consults that offer professional advice, not a sales pitch. I offer the full range of cosmetic surgery so I know what will and won’t work for you. If I can’t offer you what you want then I can happily refer you to another expert within my network of colleagues.
